How do I change my starting lineup in 2k19? It is impossible to figure out

I used to be able to change my rotations and starters in literally any other 2k and suddenly I cannot do that, wtf?

Go to Coaching on the main menu. Then Coach Gameplan. Then select the team you're playing next. There you can change the starting lineup. Once you head back to the calendar and click on play game, your new lineup will be there.
